The Lash Lounge

The goal of the “What’s Your Potential” Class is to enhance your professional growth, using the WIIFM Principle- “What’s in it for me?” with an emphasis on maximizing time with guests and systematically growing revenue per hour.

COURSE DESCRIPTION
The “What’s Your Potential” Class combines a little pre-class work, followed by an inspirational, thought-provoking curriculum and conversation, designed to show you how to tap into your true potential as a Lash Lounge Stylist! Immediately following your class, you will have the opportunity to implement and PUT INTO ACTION what you’ve learned and submit the results two days later for certification!

This 4-hour course is available to ALL stylists who have been certified in ALL Lash Lounge core services for 2 or more months.

REQUIREMENTS
Before attending this 4-hour training class, each attendee must be certified in ALL Lash Lounge core services.

Note: This course cannot serve as a substitute for New Stylist Training.
