We’re excited to invite you to the 2026 HTT Brands Homecoming at the soon to be newly remodeled all-inclusive Secrets Playa Mujeres Resort in Cancun, Mexico. This unforgettable event will bring together franchisees, brand leaders, and team members for collaboration, celebration, and connection.

2026 Tentative Agenda:

• Sunday, April 26: Vendor Show and Welcome Reception and Dinner – We recommend arriving early afternoon.
• Monday, April 27: General Session, Workshops & Vendor Show
• Mark your calendars for our signature Awards Ceremony on the evening of April 27, where we’ll honor outstanding achievements and milestones across our brands.
• Tuesday, April 28: Workshops, Closing Words, Vendor Show & Farewell Dinner

Who should attend? Owners, owner guests (spouse, partner, adult child), managers and salon/shop employees. Please note this is an adult -only resort. Connected to the property is Dreams Playa Mujeres which is a family-oriented resort. It is important to note we do not have an agreement with Dreams Playa Mujeres Resort nor can we assist with reservations but it is possible to choose this resort separately if you are bringing children. Children are not permitted to attend Homecoming events.

Room Rates: HTT Brands has taken the extraordinary step of managing all resort room reservations in order to offer its guest's a negotiated discounted room rate available April 25^th through May 2^nd, 2026 with a three- night minimum for reach reservation. We ask that you only book your room(s) through this reservation site. These rooms are categorized as Junior Suite Run of House and are available on a first come first basis only until our room block is filled. Please note we have a limited number of single occupancy rooms and a limited number of double occupancy rooms.

• Single Occupancy Rate is $549 per night.
• Double Occupancy Rate is $610 per night.

You will need to make a separate reservation for each room you require.

Payment Options:

We are offering three great options to pay for your resort room. Payment Plan - ACH Full Amount - Credit Card Payment Full Amount.

Early Bird reservations are considered any reservation made before October 1^st and are eligible for the following incentives.

Incentives for Early Bird:

• All Early Bird reservations are entered in a raffle to win one of the following:
  • Free room upgrade.
  • One free Manager Training Registration Fee (hosted at the Southlake Training Center).
  • One free Round Trip Shuttle Service with HTT Brands preferred transportation company.

Early Bird Payment Plan: Reserve your room before October 1^st, 2025 and have the option to break out your room cost into five monthly payments beginning October 20^th or choose to pay your entire cost with your credit card or a one-time payment in full via ACH. The choice is yours! The payment plan will not be available after September 30^th 

Payment Plan Example: You and your spouse are planning on attending Homecoming April 26 – April 29^th. Departing April 29^th. That’s three nights (3 X $610) is $1,830 total or five payments of $366.

ACH Payment is a one time ACH from your first salon/shop account and will be pulled on the 20th after your reservation is made.. The expense cannot be spilt between salons.

Example: Complete your reservation on October 14th. Payment for the full amount will be ACH'd from your first salon/shops account on October 20th.

Credit Card Payment is new to Homecoming. Use this method of payment if you prefer to collect the points on your credit card.

Refund and Cancelation Policy: This policy will be strictly enforced as it is the policy we are bound to with the resort.

• September 1 - October 23rd, 2025: Full cancellation of the entire contracted reservation will generate a charge equivalent to one night charge.
• October 24th, 2025- January 21st, 2026: Complete room block cancellation will result in a 2-nights charge per each room reserved.
• January 22nd- February 20th, 2026: Complete room block cancellation will result in a 3-night stay charge per each room reserved.
• February 21th, 2026: Complete cancellation will result in total charge for the entire stay. Relevant to those who may have elected additional nights beyond the required 3-night stay.

Registration Fee: Each owner will automatically be charged $500 via ACH in early 2026 for one attendee. If additional attendees are attending from your salon/shop, they will also be included in the automatic draft. More information to come on this Q4 2025.

Registration Fees are $500 for first person registered and $350 for each additional person attending.

As a paid registered Head To Toe attendee you will have access to all group events including; Welcome Dinner, General Session, Breakouts, Vendor Show, Awards Ceremony, the Farewell Group Dinner and a HTT Convention swag bag.

Airport Transportation: Information on group discounted transportation will be provided as the event date approaches. More details to come!

VisiTAX: Flying into Cancun (CUN) requires a valid passport and completion of an Entry Immigration Form (Tourist Card). All international visitors flying into Quintana Roo must also pay a VisiTAX. Use only the official VisiTX site: https://www.visitax.gob.mx/sitio/

PASSPORT: It is important to note, passports must be valid for up to six months at time of your arrival to your travel destination.
